Do I need technical skills to use Evaro?

No technical skills are required! Evaro is designed for business owners and marketers. Our no-code interface lets you build, train, and deploy chatbots through a simple drag-and-drop builder. How long does it take to set up a chatbot?

How much does Evaro cost?

Evaro is free to sign up with $5 in free credits to get started. All AI usage is pay-as-you-go using credits - there are no monthly subscription fees, no message limits, and no bot limits. Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every new account receives $5 in free credits upon signup - no credit card required. This lets you create chatbots, train them with your content, and see how they perform with real conversations. When your credits run low, simply add more to keep going. There are no monthly fees or commitments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. For enterprise customers, we also offer invoicing with NET-30 terms.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel or pause your account at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

How does the AI understand and respond to questions?

When the AI encounters a question it can't confidently answer from your knowledge base, it can: 1) Acknowledge the limitation and offer to connect the visitor with a human agent, 2) Collect the visitor's contact information for follow-up, 3) Search the web for additional context (if enabled), or 4) Provide a custom fallback response you configure. You control this behavior in your bot settings.

Yes! Our Personality Bot feature allows you to create AI chatbots that embody specific personas. You can train the bot using public social media data (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to capture someone's communication style, tone, and typical responses. How do I add the chatbot to my website?

Simply copy the embed code from your chatbot settings and paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag. If you use WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or other popular platforms, we provide one-click installation plugins. The widget will automatically appear on your site and start engaging visitors immediately.

Can I integrate with my CRM or other tools?

Yes! Evaro integrates with popular CRMs and business tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, and more. Is there an API available?

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Your data is logically isolated from other customers in our multi-tenant architecture.

Do you store conversation data?

Yes, conversation data is stored securely in our databases so you can review chat history, analyze trends, and improve your bot over time. This data is encrypted and accessible only to you (the account owner). You can export or delete conversation data at any time from your dashboard. We retain data according to our privacy policy unless you request earlier deletion.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes, Evaro is fully GDPR compliant. We act as a data processor on your behalf and offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for customers who need them. We provide tools for data export, deletion, and consent management to help you meet your obligations as a data controller.

Where is my data stored?
