Example: If you own a pizza shop, you'd upload your menu, your hours, your location, and maybe some FAQs like "Do you deliver?" and "What's your most popular pizza?"
2. Chatbot = The Robot's Personality 🤖
A chatbot is your actual robot assistant. You give it:
- • A name (like "Pizza Helper" or "Support Bot")
- • A personality (friendly, professional, funny)
- • A look (colors, picture)
- • Access to a Library (its brain)
Example: Your "Pizza Helper" chatbot is friendly, uses the pizza shop library, and appears on your website in a little chat bubble.

Click "Get Embed Code" and copy the code.

Get your first AI chatbot up and running in 5 minutes
Create a Library
Go to Libraries → Create Library. This is where you'll store all your knowledge (documents, videos, Q&A, etc.)
Upload Knowledge
Click into your library → Documents → Upload PDFs, videos, audio, web pages, or add custom Q&A
Create a Chatbot
Go to Chatbots → Create Chatbot. Select your library and customize the bot's name, role, and appearance
Deploy & Test
Embed on your website, or connect to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram. Test it first using the built-in chat!

Chatbots
- Navigate to Chatbots in the main menu
- Click Create Chatbot button
- Fill in basic information:
- Name: Your chatbot's display name
- Role: What the bot does (e.g., "Customer Support Agent")
- Welcome Message: First message users see
- Library: Select the knowledge base library to use
- Click Create - Your chatbot is now live!
Basic Settings
- Name & Role: Update anytime
- Welcome Message: Customize the greeting
- Tone & Style Instructions: Define personality (friendly, professional, etc.)
- Knowledge Library: Switch to a different library
Appearance
- Profile Picture: Upload a custom avatar
- Primary Color: Customize widget color
- Widget Position: Bottom right or bottom left
Business Configuration
- Business Hours: Set operating hours - bot will notify customers when you're closed
- Products/Services: Enable product recommendations from your library
- FAQ: Enable Q&A responses from your library
- Order Status Tracking: Let customers check order status via API integration
Lead Capture
- Collect Email: Ask for customer email
- Collect Phone: Ask for phone number

Domain Restrictions
Control where your chatbot widget can be embedded:

Knowledge Libraries
A library is a collection of knowledge that powers your chatbot. Think of it as the brain of your AI assistant. Libraries contain:

- API Integrations: Connect to external data sources
You can create multiple libraries for different purposes (e.g., one for sales, one for support) and share them across multiple chatbots or sell them on the marketplace.

- Max 50MB per file

🌐 Web Pages
- Single Page: Add one webpage URL ($0.05)
- Crawl Website: Automatically crawl entire website (great for help centers, blogs)
- Set max pages limit (up to 5,000 pages)

🎥 Videos
- YouTube, Vimeo, or direct video URLs
- AI transcribes audio to text using Whisper

Security: All uploaded files are scanned for viruses, malware, and malicious content. We verify file signatures to prevent executable files disguised as documents.
Add your product or service catalog so the chatbot can recommend and provide information:
- Click your library → Products
- Click Add Product
- Fill in:
- Name
- Description
- Price
- Category (optional)
- Image URL (optional)
- Save - The bot can now recommend this product!
Enable "Products/Services" in your chatbot settings to activate product recommendations.
Create custom question-answer pairs for frequently asked questions:
- Click your library → Q&A
- Click Add Question
- Enter the question and answer
- Save - The bot will use this for exact matches
Tip: Q&A is perfect for questions that need specific, exact answers (like hours, pricing, return policies).
Connect external APIs to provide real-time data (inventory, pricing, order status, etc.)
Configure API endpoints for Products, FAQ, Business Hours, and Order Status directly in your library settings.

Let customers check their order status by providing their order number:

Evaro uses RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) technology. The bot ONLY answers from your knowledge base. If the answer isn't in your uploaded documents, Q&A, or products, the bot will say "I don't have that information" instead of making something up. This prevents hallucinations and maintains accuracy.
Are my uploaded files secure?
Yes. All uploads are:
